Property Management Manager - S London

• Annual Salary: £32,500 - £43,000 (plus commission) + company car

• Managing a team of property managers and monitoring their performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
• Ensuring the business adheres to the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
• Conducting property inspections and negotiating tenancy extensions or renewals.
• Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties.
• Handling deposit returns, resolving rental arrears, and processing eviction requests.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings.
• Ability to create and encourage a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment.
• Strong leadership skills to develop your team and advance their careers.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with all clients.
• Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.

• Up to £7,200 in capped commission plus a further £3,725 uncapped commission target.
