Night Shift Facilities Coordinator | £46,000 | Flexible Shifts
A prestigious law firm is seeking a proactive and skilled Night Shift Facilities Coordinator to help deliver a flawless, 5‑star workplace experience across their corporate headquarters outside of typical office hours.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities professional who thrives on autonomy, problem‑solving and keeping a premium workspace running smoothly overnight.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond promptly and professionally to Facilities Helpdesk requests
- Carry out urgent night‑time repairs (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures, damaged furniture)
- Conduct routine inspections and identify building defects
- Support an emergency call‑out rota and uphold strict Health & Safety standards
- Assist with office moves, furniture relocation and confidential material handling
- Set up and reconfigure meeting rooms and event spaces
- Maintain safe, organised storage areas
- Provide porterage and logistical support for events and reconfigurations
- Complete minor repairs, including locks and door adjustments
- Ensure all finishes and spaces meet a high corporate standard
- Represent the Facilities team with professionalism and discretion
About You

You will bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong practical abilities (carpentry, painting, decorating, carpet tile fitting)
- A customer‑focused, problem‑solving mindset
- Ability to work independently with a proactive “can‑do” attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience liaising with senior stakeholders
- Flexibility to support outside standard hours
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in building services/facilities maintenance
- Experience working in client‑facing corporate environments
- Basic understanding of Microsoft applications
