Pizza Chef de Partie

The Role

Join one of Central London’s premier corporate sites as a Chef de Partie, running our dedicated daily pizza counter while rotating between stations across the kitchen, including grill, deli, and hot counter offers. We are looking for an energetic, organized chef with solid pizza experience who takes pride in crafting fresh, handmade pizzas. You will stretch dough, manage toppings, and bake to order, bringing real quality and speed to the daily lunch rush.

The Details

• Salary: £35,500 per annum
• Location: Central London
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with free evenings and weekends)
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Volume: Dealing with 500–600 daily across a busy multi-counter offer, including a fresh pizza station, premium deli bar, salad bar, and main counter
• Team: Working within a dedicated, structured team of 10 kitchen members

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the daily pizza section—making fresh dough from scratch, preparing homemade sauces, and prepping top-tier fresh ingredients every morning.
• Ensure all retail and counter offers are beautifully presented, well-stocked, and consistently replenished throughout peak service times.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef by keeping your section efficient, organized, and ready for high-volume rushes.
• Strictly maintain the highest standards of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and allergen management across your workspace.
