Finance Manager
As a Finance Manager in the not–for–profit sector based in London, you'll oversee financial operations and ensure smooth day–to–day financial management. Your role will support decision–making by providing accurate reporting and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Description
- Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy in all financial statements.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
- Provide financial insights to support decision–making across the organisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as required.
- Supervise and support the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Implement and improve financial systems and processes.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency with financial systems and tools.
- Ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem–solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from GBP63,000 to GBP77,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- 30 days of holiday, not including bank holidays.
- Hybrid working arrangement for better work–life balance.
