Brown's Hotel is London's first hotel. It opened its doors on Albemarle Street in 1832. Since then we have hosted famous guests from all walks of life. Your key responsibilities
Are you passionate about food and pursuing a career in cooking? Rocco Forte Hotels invites you to join us as a Co mmis Chef , working alongside our talented chefs, including Chef Director Adam Byatt. You'll support the kitchen team, assisting with food preparation, mise-en-place, and ensuring a smooth service. Flexibility, eagerness to learn, and teamwork are key, as you'll help across stations and maintain health and safety standards.
