A leading commercial landscaping contractor near Bexleyheath is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to support growth across London and the South East. Working on soft & hard landscaping, public realm, education and commercial schemes, this Quantity Surveyor role blends pre-contract, procurement, and live project delivery within a supportive, growth-focused team.

The Quantity Surveyor

QS degree or equivalent; RICS pathway welcomed (APC support available).

3–6+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within landscaping, horticulture, civil/groundworks, public realm, or external works.

Confident with pre & post-contract duties, NEC/JCT understanding, and strong Excel skills.

Able to read technical drawings, undertake take-offs, and manage multiple live projects.

Professional, client-facing, organised, and commercially astute; full UK driving licence preferred and willingness to visit sites across London/SE.
