The Role

We’re looking for a senior full-stack engineer with a strong front-end focus to own the development of our personalisation product — a healthtech platform set to revolutionise wellbeing. 

You’ll be part of a lean, collaborative team where engineers have real ownership, shaping both the customer experience and the technical direction. This is a role for someone who craves the pace and intensity of a high-growth startup — shipping fast, adapting constantly, and thriving on impact.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

• Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready UI using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS

• Translate Figma designs into reusable, accessible, WCAG-compliant components and maintain a shared design system

• Partner with AI engineers to build robust RAG / LLM-augmented pipelines

• Implement modern data-fetching strategies (Server Actions, App Router, React Query/SWR) that balance SEO, performance, and scalability

• Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) and strengthen our CI/CD pipelines

• Work across the stack when needed (API routes, server-side logic, lightweight data modelling)

• Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams to ship quickly and with care

• Define and uphold engineering best practices around software testing, code quality, and CI/CD standards

• Set technical direction and guide other engineers in the team through code reviews, mentorship, and pair programming

• Establish scalable development workflows that promote reliability, maintainability, and collaboration across front-end and back-end teams

• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to continuously improve engineering processes and delivery speed

• Collaboration & leadership : You work tightly with design, product, and AI, while also guiding other engineers and setting technical direction when needed.

Technical Excellence

• Front-end experience : 3+ years building production React apps, including 1+ year with Next.js and headless commerce (Shopify preferred)

• Technical fluency : Strong command of TypeScript, modern React patterns (Hooks, Suspense, Server Components), and Tailwind CSS

• Performance & UX focus : Proven track record of caring about user flows and how performance shapes them

• Accessibility & inclusion : Experience with accessibility best practices and a genuine commitment to inclusive design

• Engineering quality : Hands-on with Git and code reviews, plus exposure to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with  PostHog or other product analytics tools.

• Deployment experience on Vercel or running Cloudflare Workers at the edge.

• Familiarity with  A/B testing frameworks and experimentation workflows.
