Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Day Shift Warehouse Supervisor with Counterbalance Forklift experience to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves supervising a small warehouse team, coordinating loading and unloading activities, and ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small warehouse team of 2-5 operatives
• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift to load and unload vehicles
• Assist the team with unloading deliveries and loading outbound vehicles
• Ensure warehouse operations run efficiently and tasks are completed on time
• Manage driver compliance checks and ensure all required documentation is completed
• Assist with general yard duties including maintaining cleanliness and removing waste or damaged materials
• Support warehouse operations with manual handling and stock movement
• Ensure all team members follow health & safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Skills & Experience

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence required
• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role preferred
• Experience operating a forklift within a busy warehouse environment
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Good communication and ability to motivate a small team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 04:00am - 13:00pm
• 40 hours per week
• Occasional weekend work may be required depending on operational needs
