About The Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual to join our People and Development team at our training academy near Russell Square, central London. As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in Developing, Nurturing and Achieving great career growth for our teams and that every team member has memorable stay whilst working with us.

What you’ll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you’ll join our Training & Development team in creating learning experiences that genuinely move people forward. You’ll design blended programmes that reflect ILH’s goals, refresh and evolve our content, and bring workshops to life for everyone from new starters to senior leaders.

You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across our hotels, building strong relationships and shaping development that feels relevant, meaningful and practical. You’ll champion a positive learning culture, keep a close eye on engagement, and proactively partner with our teams to pull feedback to continually improve our learning and development offering.

From managing training calendars to ensuring our spaces feel welcoming and polished, you’ll help create an environment where people feel inspired to learn. And through onboarding and P&D events, you’ll make sure every team member begins their ILH journey with a warm and memorable welcome.

Who You Are:

  • To be successful for this role, you will have relevant experience in an L&D role at mid-manager level with strong design and facilitation capability
  • Ideally possess CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development and have operated within a multisite Hospitality or Retail business
  • Have experience designing digital learning, supporting coaching and mentoring frameworks and delivering work-based learning
  • Be confident in delivering to diverse groups, including complex facilitation
  • Have strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office/SharePoint/Teams e
  • Be passionate about people development, curious to grow self and others possess a creative flair and have a collaborative mindset
