Constellation Platinum is seeking experienced waiters to join our exclusive VIP team at the iconic National Theatre . This is a fast-paced, pre-theatre dining environment, ideal for confident hospitality professionals who can commit to a consistent rota of a minimum of 3–4 shifts per week .

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional à la carte service during high-volume, fast-paced sittings
• Build rapport with guests while delivering polished, professional service.
• Work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Support the pass and assist with light bar service.
• Upsell premium food and drinks using strong product knowledge.
• Deliver expert wine service , including wine pairing recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: Minimum 12 months in a fast-paced restaurant role.

✅ Confidence : Skilled in à la carte service, taking orders, and handling drinks trays.

✅ Expertise : Food and wine knowledge essential; bar experience desirable.

✅ Personality: Calm under pressure, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.

✅ Commitment: Able to work 3–4 shifts weekly, including evenings and Saturdays
