We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join our vibrant and welcoming Primary School in Tower Hamlets. This is a permanent role starting January 2026, offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact on pupils’ learning and development. Key Information

  • Position: Year 3 Teacher

  • Working Pattern: Full Time, Term Time Only
  • Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
  • Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join our Year 3 team, inspiring pupils to achieve their best. As a Year 3 Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum, creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where all children can thrive.

The successful candidate will take on the responsibilities of a Year 3 Teacher, working closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to ensure every pupil reaches their potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored for Year 3 pupils as a Year 3 Teacher
  • Support and challenge pupils of all abilities to reach their full potential
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment as a Year 3 Teacher
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
  • Contribute to the school’s ethos of high expectations and achievement
