About the Role


The Commercial Transformation Manager will lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional programmes with an emphasis on high impact business transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a visionary but hands-on change agent with a proven track record in sales strategy, CRM evolution, technology-centred disruption and transformation, and delivering measurable top and bottom-line impact, aligned with the company’s growth ambitions and customer-centric ethos.

Requirements

Main Accountabilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of high-impact transformation programmes across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, with a focus on AI enablement and digital evolution.
  • Sales Enablement & CRM Evolution: Lead initiatives to modernise CRM platforms and sales processes, ensuring alignment with GTM strategy and customer engagement goals.
  • AI-Driven Service Innovation: Harness AI and data analytics to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Programme Design & Delivery: Define programme scope, success metrics, and delivery frameworks. Ensure timely execution of milestones across multiple workstreams.
  • Performance Frameworks: Design and implement OKRs/KPIs to track progress and outcomes of transformation initiatives.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives including process re-engineering, training, and communications to embed transformation across the organisation.
  • Governance & Reporting: Maintain dashboards and reporting systems to monitor programme health, risks, dependencies, and impact.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of innovation and agility, continuously seeking opportunities to improve commercial performance.
  • Define programme and project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with executive sponsors.
  • Manage interdependencies between projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and resource availability.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels of the business, including C-suite.

  • Proven experience in leading complex and nuanced commercial or transformation programmes in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing at senior levels.
  • Strong background in sales strategy, GTM enablement, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), and AI/ML applications.
  • High emotional intelligence with a collaborative leadership style and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Expertise in programme and project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, SAFe).
  • Skilled in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and executive briefing design.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across complex initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modelling, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and project management tools.
