The Real Estate Practice

Typical work includes:

• Commercial acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
• Leases, lettings, and landlord/tenant matters
• Property finance, including lending, mortgages, and guarantees
• Land assembly, planning, construction agreements, easements, and Party Wall matters
• International client advisory, particularly for APAC clients, including overseas entity registration and compliance

About You

• Solicitor with at least 7 years' PQE in commercial real estate
• Experienced in complex property transactions, advisory work, and cross-border deals
• Strong technical and commercial judgement, client-focused and proactive
• Able to manage high-value matters independently and mentor junior lawyers
• Experience with international clients, particularly APAC, is highly desirable
