Payroll Absence time tracking.
We are seeking a Workday Payroll (UK and US), Absence and Time Tracking (PATT) Consultant to support and lead Workday deployments and optimization projects. They will work directly with customers to deploy new configuration, while also being able to optimize existing configuration and setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment for Workday Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking modules
- Effectively owns and leads assigned Workday functional workstream(s), working closely with HCM and EM/PM
- Listens to client requests, assesses actual client need, provides subjective matter expertise, proposes alternatives, and recommends solution(s).
- Frequently discusses, and can articulate to clients, solutions and lessons learned from previous client experience
- Significantly contributes to the development of internal resources via mentoring, coaching, and directing work.
- Participates in building the Workday brand by participating in Workday ecosystem product groups/chats and contributes advanced thinking and sharing of ideas within the ecosystem.
- May work occasionally at a client’s office. Up to 20% travel.
Knowledge, Education, Skills & Technical Proficiencies
- 4-5 years relevant experience in Workday Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking deployments
- Must have active certifications in Workday UK (and ideally US) payroll, Absence and/or Time tracking
- Experience configuring updates in Payroll (including earnings, deductions, costing), Absence (plans, eligibility, accruals), and Time Tracking (work schedules, validations, time calculations).
- Previous consulting experience preferred either as an internal consultant or with a consulting / software organization
