We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Corporate Partnerships team.

Title: Senior Account Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
Contract: 12 month fixed-term contract, maternity cover
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London
Job Summary
These include but are not limited to:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value corporate partners, including our £15m flagship partnership, to maximise long-term income, impact, and engagement.
- Build and nurture strong, strategic relationships through exceptional stewardship, securing renewals, uplifts, and new activity across key accounts.
- Provide strategic oversight and project leadership for complex, multi-year partnerships and campaigns, ensuring alignment with Anthony Nolan’s organisational goals.
- Inspire and support your direct line report, fostering a high-performing, ambitious culture across the Corporate Partnerships team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling partnership propositions and unlock new opportunities to increase income and engagement.
- Represent the Corporate Partnerships team in senior-level meetings and organisational planning, deputising for the Head of Corporate when required.
- Lead on budget planning, reforecasting, and performance reporting for your portfolio, ensuring effective financial oversight and delivery against targets.
- Apply your sector knowledge and commercial acumen to deliver creative, insight-driven account management that drives growth and deepens impact.
- Support broader team priorities and flex across account management and new business as needed, based on capacity and strategic focus.
