About The Role

Location: Kensington & Chelsea

• Salary £30,296.35 per annum / £15.48 per hour
• Working 37.50 per week
• Monday - Friday 06:00 am - 14:30 pm Working 5 days a week, Monday - Friday starting 06:00 am - 14:30 pm
• OR 4 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday starting 06:00 am - 16:30 pm both shifts with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
• This may vary from week to week depending on the needs of the business and you will be notified of your shift pattern in advance.
• Overtime opportunities are available on a regular basis, and you will be required to work some bank holidays.

What will I be doing?

The role will involve the loading of vehicles collecting household and commercial waste and recycling, delivering a high standard of service, and ensuring compliance with our customer’s Health and Safety rules, as well as our own at all times.

What are the requirements?

• You must be able to demonstrate reliability, good communication skills, and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team, delivering a high level of customer service.
• Experience of working in the waste industry is desirable but not essential.
• Experience of working with waste vehicles is desirable, but not essential, as training will be given, where necessary.

Whilst the hours you will be paid are 37.50 per week, we operate a job & finish system; therefore, you are likely to finish earlier than the contracted hours each day.
