Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) -Weekend Digital Triage...
Our Digital Registered Veterinary Nurses (Digi RVNs) are the backbone of our digital triage service. They provide clinical nursing advice and client care via call and WhatsApp, they support new clients through their first steps with Hello Vet and assist with appointments, referrals, and product requests. Our Digi RVNs work closely with our in-clinic teams and Digital Client Care Associates to ensure an exceptional client experience and a high standard of patient care. This isn’t your average nursing role, your skills and knowledge will be utilised fully as you help to deliver a cutting-edge digital service that supports and enhances in-clinic care.
Hello Vet is built upon a simple principle; We believe that if we create the best place for our team to work, we’ll also create the best place for pets to receive care. We know the best care is delivered by happy, well-supported teams who are able to build personal, collaborative relationships with their clients. That’s why we allow clients to message our team any time, and even support their pets during procedures. We aim to restore the personal bonds that should underpin a client's relationship with their vet practice.
Our clinics are purpose-built to facilitate best-in-class care, catering for the needs of the veterinary team just as much as pets and owners. With a deep commitment to our people and technology-forward approach, we’re building the next generation of general practice veterinary care.
This role will require 1:2 weekends 0800-1600 Sat/Sun + 4-10 hours in the week (we can be flexible)
