We have a superb role available for a forward-thinking and driven Receptionist/Facilities Assistant. To be successful you must have prior reception and facilities experience with the willingness to learn and enhance your skill set handling building and contract management. This is a unique opportunity which will involve the following:
- Managing the switchboard function and meeting room preparation.
- Administrative duties
- Office upkeep - restocking supplies, keeping areas tidy, accepting deliveries, and welcoming guests etc.
- Booking travel for Fee Earners as well as hotel arrangements both within the UK and abroad.
- Health and Safety management and maintenance.
