The Role - Reception Teaching Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Reception Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Islington. This is a full-time, term-time role working within a Reception class, supporting both whole-class learning and small group activities.

You will work closely with the class teacher to prepare learning materials, deliver engaging activities, and assist with phonics, early maths, and personal development. This role would suit someone who is passionate about helping young children build strong foundations for learning in a positive and stimulating environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification and have previous experience supporting children in an Early Years setting.
