Marketing Executive
Location: Sutton
Salary: £28k - £30k (DOE) + 20% bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, PR, print, and event channels.
- Create and distribute engaging marketing content, including emails, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Assist with website updates, digital marketing activity, and lead generation campaigns.
- Build, schedule, and optimise email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and automation workflows.
- Manage social media content calendars and help create engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on key marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Maintain CRM systems, databases, and audience records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Support the production and promotion of events, webinars, and online content.
- Assist with partnership, sponsorship, and stakeholder marketing activities.
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
Requirements
- Previous marketing experience or a marketing-related qualification.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach to work.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and marketing systems/CRM platforms.
- An interest in analysing campaign performance and using data to drive improvements.
