Associate Manager, Global Paid Media – Toys & Games (EMEA)
Please note: Hasbro operates a Hybrid working pattern of Tuesdays – Thursdays in the office, with Flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. The Associate Manager, Global Media (EMEA), is a key supporting member of the Global Media Team, assisting with paid media planning, coordination, and execution for toy and game brands across EMEA markets. Based in London, this role will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Global Media, to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives.
This individual will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, providing day-to-day operational support to the global media function. The role is ideal for someone with early experience in paid media or marketing who is looking to develop their expertise in cross-channel media management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 - Regional Responsibility: EMEA (supporting campaigns in markets including but not limited to the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Poland)
 
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Support & Execution
- Assist with the planning and execution of cross-channel media campaigns (digital, paid social, linear, creator, gaming) for a portfolio of Hasbro toy and games brands across multiple EMEA markets.
 - Support the Senior Manager in maintaining campaign documentation including brand summaries, trafficking sheets, budgets, and calendars.
 - Help gather brand inputs, audience insights, and other data needed to support the media planning process.
 - Manage day-to-day tasks with agencies, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are tracked accurately.
 - Contribute to campaign reporting by gathering performance data and preparing summaries for internal review.
 - Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, sharing relevant insights with the wider team.
 - Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant advertising regulations in campaign set-up and execution.
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Partner with the Senior Manager and media agencies to track creative asset delivery and ensure deadlines are met.
 - Support alignment between Global Media, Local Marketing teams, and Global Analytics by coordinating communications and meetings.
 - Assist in preparing media presentation materials for brand teams and senior stakeholders.
 - Participate in weekly optimization and reporting calls with agencies, capturing notes and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked.

What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 - Experience in paid media, marketing, advertising, or related field; internship or entry-level agency/client-side experience a plus.
 - Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 - Basic knowledge of digital, paid social, and linear media channels, with eagerness to grow expertise.
 - Confidence working with numbers and data; able to support campaign performance tracking and reporting.
 - Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work across teams and regions.
 - Familiarity with GDPR and/or willingness to learn about advertising compliance across EMEA markets.
 - Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with a collaborative mindset and a desire to learn.
 - An interest in AI technology.
