Company Secretary & Legal Enquiries Operations Manager
You get there by doing it first. You begin by taking on legal inquiry and company
secretarial work for our companies directly, giving property managers a straight, correct
answer when a sales or consent related legal question lands on their desk, and running
company secretarial compliance for every company we act as company secretary for.
Taking this on by hand, across every company, gives you what the day job rarely allows:
the time and focus to do it properly, get ahead of it, and set the standard, and that
becomes the blueprint for everything after.
You will have real support, but you are the first person to do this job at Levels. Our head
of legal and internal and external specialists are on hand to escalate genuine legal
barriers, and the operations team is close by for anything that touches property managers
day to day. You are building it from the ground up, and the role grows as the group does.
