Production Operatives

We're looking for dedicated and hands-on individuals to join us as Production Operatives at our Young's Seafood facility in Livingston. Working in our Added Value department, you'll help ensure our premium seafood reaches supermarket shelves across the UK. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 06:30 - 14:30 Pay: £12.90 per hour Your Key Responsibilities As a Production Operative, you will:

• Operate and monitor production machinery to maintain quality and efficiency
• Follow standardised recipes and schedules to meet daily output targets
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with food safety and product standards
• Support your team in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues to reduce downtime
• Uphold all health and safety protocols
  You don't need previous experience in food production-just a great work ethic and willingness to learn. We're looking for individuals who are:
