Fabric Supervisor
Join a leading engineering and services company as a Fabric Supervisor at Wembley Stadium, one of the UK's most iconic venues. You'll lead a team of four, ensuring the stadium looks and functions at its best, from daily repairs to event preparations.

- Pay: Competitive, with overtime available
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with flexible hours for events
- Location: Wembley, London (on site)
- Contract: Permanent
The Work
- Lead and develop a team of four Fabric Technicians, covering HR and operational activities
- Plan and deliver scheduled fabric maintenance, including painting, carpentry, and inspections
- Supervise fabric provision during events, including pre-event surveys and repairs
- Identify fabric or plant problems early, ensuring prompt action
- Submit extra work quotations to the client
- Maintain health and safety and quality assurance standards
- Communicate openly with line management and client contacts
What You'll Need
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in a fabric discipline
- Experience supervising or leading a team in a similar fabric role
- General building Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules
- Multitasking and fast-paced environment experience
- Legionella awareness would be a bonus

- Water systems working knowledge
