Nanny

A warm, high-profile family relocating from the U.S. to Notting Hill are seeking an experienced and dependable weekday nanny to support their bright 3-year-old son (B3). The household also includes two older sisters (ages 8 and 9) who attend school full-time and do not require daily care. The role focuses entirely on B3, who is lively, curious, and thrives on gentle structure and a predictable routine.

The family is looking for a nanny who can combine warmth and playfulness with a calm, consistent presence - someone who enjoys engaging with young children through conversation, exploration, play and hands-on learning.

You will be required to go to NYC this Christmas before the family move to the UK to get to know the children before they move in January. The role will be 9 months and run until the start of September.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide nurturing, structured care and supervision for B3 throughout the day
* Plan and lead stimulating, age-appropriate activities and outings around London
* Make full use of the family’s communal garden and nearby child-friendly amenities
* Organise playdates, museum visits, parks, swimming, and engaging classes
* Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks; support nap and bedtime routines when needed
* Encourage independence and social development through clear, calm routines
* Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised environment, with clear daily communication for parents

About You

* Experienced in caring for toddlers and creating well-structured daily routines
* Knowledgeable or experienced in working with SEN or neurodiverse children
* Patient, observant and able to set gentle, consistent boundaries
* Organised, reliable, and proactive in planning daily activities
* Discreet and professional, comfortable in a high-profile household
* Confident navigating London and planning age-appropriate outings
* Up-to-date Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid
* Right to work in the UK and strong recent references
