Finance and Office Administrator
Use your finance and administrative skills to support a charity making a real difference across Scotland. SSVP Scotland’s volunteers provide practical, person-to-person support to individuals and families in need. You’ll join our friendly National Office team and help keep the systems behind that vital work running smoothly.Working across finance and administration, you’ll process transactions, invoices and payments; complete reconciliations; support monthly reporting; maintain accurate records; and provide welcoming, efficient support by phone, email and in person. You’ll report to the Finance and Admin Manager.You’ll bring: Strong numerical skills and attention to detail; experience with Excel and Sage Accounts; excellent organisation and communication; confidence managing deadlines and priorities; and a friendly, proactive approach. Experience with Sage payroll, RBS Bankline, Gift Aid, digital giving, Canva or social media would be advantageous, but is not essential., None specified
