Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am-15:30pm
Salary: £500-£600 per week

Who We're Looking For

The ideal Graduate Maths Academic Mentor for this role will have:

* A recent graduate degree (2:1 or higher) in Mathematics, Economics, Finance or related field
* A genuine passion to help mentor and develop young people
* A confident, easy-going nature and ability to engage with students
* Interest in establishing a career in the education sector
* Some experience tutoring, mentoring or as a TA is beneficial but not essential

The Role

This Graduate Maths Academic Mentor opportunity is ideal for any Maths graduate who wants to utilise their skills to make a difference.

As a Graduate Maths Academic Mentor, your main responsibilities will include:

* Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions with Maths students
* Focussed support for both top-achievers and lower ability students to help them achieve their best
* Supporting exam preparation and inspire pupils aiming for top grades
* Working side-by-side with experienced teachers and observing good practice
* Develop classroom confidence, leadership skills, and teaching techniques - all whilst receiving continuous training throughout the academic year
* Gain an inside track into teacher training routes for 2026
