The Role
The firm is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to join its Corporate team. Working closely with partners and fee-earners, this individual will develop and manage the group’s know-how, precedents, and training materials, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality advice. The role involves curating corporate legal updates, supporting business development initiatives, and embedding best practices across the team.
What They’re Looking For
- A qualified solicitor with 6PQE+ in corporate law
- Strong track record of advising on corporate transactions or managing legal know-how
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Proven ability to design and deliver training for lawyers at all levels
- A collaborative, business-minded approach with attention to detail
