Key Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Drafting and issuing employment contracts and variation letters for teaching and support staff.

• Payroll Liaison: Providing monthly updates to external payroll providers regarding new starters and leavers.

• Recruitment: Creating engaging job descriptions and person specifications to attract elite teaching talent.

• Vetting: Handling all pre-employment checks, including DBS, right-to-work, and overseas clearances.

Salary & Contract Details

• Salary Range: £33,500 – £38,000 (Inner London Scale)
