Senior Brand & Internal Comms Designer
Description
Hello, we’re Starling. We built a new kind of bank because we knew technology had the power to help people save, spend and manage their money in a new and transformative way.
We’re a fully licensed UK bank with the culture and spirit of a fast-moving, disruptive tech company. We’re a bank, but better: fairer, easier to use and designed to demystify money for everyone. We employ more than 3,500 people across our London, Southampton, Cardiff and Manchester offices.
We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our brand studio in London. This role is a rare blend, as you’ll split your time between designing for our marketing channels and creating inspiring work for our 4,000 team members across the UK.
From a standout social post to a beautifully crafted internal campaign, you’ll help shape how Starling shows up, both inside and out. You’ll work closely with our Marketing and People teams to bring ideas to life with clarity, creativity and care.
You’ll be comfortable working across formats – digital, print, motion and more – and bring a thoughtful, crafted approach to everything you make.
