Join our Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) division, where we deliver planned, structured repair and servicing directly to our members—right from their driveway to their workplace car park. What We Offer

• Competitive Salary: Base salary of £45,378 (including London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on-target earnings of up to £57,000.
• Guaranteed Overtime: Option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Role

Your day will start with a clear digital schedule, allowing you to focus on:

• Routine servicing
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
• Providing member advice and recommendations based on inspections
• Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with our standards

With a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, and advanced diagnostics at your disposal, you’ll have everything you need to deliver quality work efficiently.

What You’ll Need

• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
