Customer Sales Advisor (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £28,808 FTE (pro rata)
Location: London (NW2, NW6 and NW8)
The role
This is a temporary position, to cover maternity leave (from July) for a period of nine months, covering our stores in Swiss Cottage, Kilburn, Cricklewood and St John's Wood.
Sales Advisors are central to everything we do at Space Station. You’re our friendly face, providing the information our customers need. You also promote the store within local communities and to businesses.
This role is full-time, working 5 days out of 7, with some weekend and bank holiday working.
Who we’re looking for
- Thrives in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and loves talking to customers
- A good level of numeracy and self-motivation
- Able to travel between sites
- Sales experience is preferred
What you’ll do
Sales and Customer Service
- Convert sales and help customers make informed decisions
- Achieve sales targets by maximising sales opportunities
- Provide outstanding customer service, always keeping our values in mind
Administration
- Handle new enquiries, complete contracts and chase debts
- Liaise with the removals contractor when required, use the removals calendar
Cleaning and General Maintenance
- Take pride in the site and maintaining excellent standards
Banking and Petty Cash
- Reconcile cash, credit card, Direct Debit and BACS payments
Charity Participation
