The restaurants and bars include Seed Library, a cocktail bar by renowned bartender Mr Lyan and Kaso a rooftop bar and terrace with panoramic views across East London. As a Chef de Partie, you’ll run your own section with confidence and consistency, ensuring every dish reflects the standards and character of One Hundred Shoreditch. You’ll work closely with our senior chefs, support the development of our commis chefs, and bring passion, precision and personality to everything you do.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing your section during service with confidence, organisation and attention to detail

Preparing and presenting dishes to brand standards

Assisting with menu development and contributing creative ideas

Ensuring food safety, HACCP and hygiene standards are upheld at all times

Training and supporting junior team members

Helping with stock control, ordering and waste reduction

Working collaboratively with the team to deliver smooth, efficient service

Salary: £35,811 p/a + tronc, plus benefits
