Collaborating with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to turn complex topics into engaging content.
Supporting integrated marketing campaigns that contribute to business growth and pipeline generation.
Managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Exploring how AI and emerging technologies can enhance marketing effectiveness and content creation.
What we're looking for
This role is ideal for someone who has built their experience within an established in-house B2B marketing environment and understands how content supports wider marketing and commercial objectives.
You'll likely bring:
Around 2-4 years' experience in an in-house B2B marketing, content marketing, communications or digital marketing role.
Experience creating content that supports brand awareness, engagement, lead generation and business growth.
Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.

Strong storytelling skills and the ability to make complex topics clear and engaging.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
A collaborative approach and confidence working across Marketing, Sales, Product and Leadership teams.
A proactive mindset, sound judgement and a genuine curiosity about learning, marketing and business.
An interest in AI, technology and innovation.
Why join Corndel?
Help shape the voice of one of the UK's leading learning and development organisations.
Create content that influences conversations around leadership, skills and workforce transformation.
Work alongside experienced marketers, senior leaders and industry experts.
Develop expertise across content marketing, thought leadership, PR, communications and brand.
Gain exposure to business-critical marketing initiatives that drive growth.
