EMEA Marketing Manager
Duration: 6 months with a view to extend
Location: London, Kings Cross – 3 days in office, 2 days remote working
Rate: £370 - £450 per day, on a PAYE Model – 15% additional bonus Overview We are seeking an experienced EMEA Marketing Manager for a major global technology company to lead the planning and delivery of high-impact field marketing programmes across enterprise B2B markets. This role focuses on driving pipeline growth through events, integrated campaigns, and narrative-led content across the UK and EMEA.
You’ll work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing moments, from large-scale conferences to targeted executive roundtables, ensuring strong alignment between strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of regional field marketing programmes, including events, campaigns, and speaker initiatives
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across events, digital, content, and sales enablement channels
- Lead event execution (virtual and in-person) ranging from 50–300 attendees
- Develop compelling marketing content including case studies, one-pagers, emails, and digital assets
- Coordinate with sales, product, creative, and comms teams to ensure alignment and delivery
- Track performance against KPIs and produce insights for optimisation
- Maintain campaign calendars, workflows, and project tracking across multiple markets
- Support vendor management, budgets, and marketing operations
- 7 years’ experience in B2B / enterprise / field marketing (preferably SaaS or tech)
- Strong background in event marketing (a core part of the role)
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from brief to execution
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills in matrix environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify technical messaging
- Experience working across multiple EMEA markets
- Experience with industry events (e.g. Gartner, MWC) and sponsorships
- Exposure to conversational commerce, business messaging, or enterprise comms
- Experience producing video content and sales enablement materials
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce, marketing automation platforms)
- Experience managing speaker programmes and executive engagement
- Interest or exposure to AI-driven marketing tools
