Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

The Southern Real Estate team advises on a broad spectrum of commercial property work, with particular strength across development, strategic land, investment, portfolio management, landlord and tenant matters and real estate finance. Clients consistently commend the team for its pragmatic advice, responsiveness and ability to drive projects forward efficiently.As a Senior Associate, you will play a central leadership role within the team and will be responsible for:

• Managing and leading a varied portfolio of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, development schemes, funding arrangements, landlord and tenant matters and major commercial deals
• Acting as the lead lawyer on client matters, delivering high quality work, strong commercial insight and excellent project management
• Contributing to business development, nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities and supporting wider growth initiatives
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, supporting their technical development and quality of delivery
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across planning, construction, corporate, finance, private client and disputes to deliver integrated, full service advice on complex matters
