School Office Manager | Sutton | Part Time
We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for an Office Manager to join an Outstanding Secondary School in Sutton starting ASAP. You will lead the administrative faculty within a culture of excellence.
About the Role This is a permanent, part-time position working Monday and Tuesday, 8 am – 4 pm (Term time only) .
Lead on the development and implementation of new office systems.
Manage student records and the administration of the school’s exam cycle.
Oversee the financial processing of student trips and activities.
Act as the lead for data protection and GDPR compliance.

Requirements
Highly organised with a background in data protection or exam administration.
Advanced proficiency in school software (SIMS or Bromcom).
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits £34,000 – £42,000 per annum, pro-rata. Benefits include on-site parking and modern office facilities.
