Are you looking for an engaging and varied role where you can make a meaningful contribution every day? We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised and confident Workplace Coordinator to join our team. Working with many different people and across departments, this essential position keeps things everything like clockwork in our lovely head office in the heart of Battersea.

Please note that this role is fully office-based.

A peek into your daily adventures:

  • Meeting and greeting our visitors, couriers and new team members

  • Being first point of contact for calls, queries and message taking in and outside the office

  • Keeping our packages moving – we get a lot of samples delivered each day and send a lot of parcels out too

  • Ordering, keeping inventory of and distributing office supplies and groceries

  • Helping keep our meeting and communal spaces clear and tidy, assistance with room bookings, organising refreshments and prepping rooms in advance

  • Maintaining employee noticeboards and working with different departments to keep fresh and updated with newsletters, recognition and new starter welcomes

  • Acting as a point of contact for our cleaners, where there are any queries

  • Looking after petty cash, office Oyster cards and foreign currency

  • Health & safety – supporting our H&S lead with ad hoc tasks and maintaining list of first aiders/fire marshals

  • Office maintenance – liaise with our property manager and landlord re any repair requests, alarm issues or scheduled upkeep visits

  • Support with ideas and planning for office social events as part of our socials team

  • Occasional technical support for the IT team when needed (no experience required)

  • Motivated and proactive approach, with an ability to work independently, a great eye for detail and a knack for identifying areas for improvement

  • Friendly, welcoming and confident personality – this role involves working with many different teams so you’ll need to enjoy getting to know people
