International Property Producing Broker

We are working with a highly regarded London Market brokerage that is looking to appoint an experienced International Property Producing Broker to support the continued growth of its Property division.
This role would suit an ambitious and commercially driven broker with a strong international network and a proven ability to develop and retain profitable Property business. The successful individual will be given the autonomy, market access and support required to grow a significant portfolio within a well-respected platform.
Key Requirements- Proven experience as a Producing Broker within the International Property market.
- Strong relationships with overseas clients, retail brokers, intermediaries and key market contacts.
- Demonstrable track record of generating and retaining profitable Property business within the London Market.
- Experience placing a broad range of international Property risks, including commercial, industrial and complex placements.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and placement skills with Lloyd's and company market insurers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the potential to transfer an existing portfolio or established client relationships.
