Facilities Technician

The Work
- Maintain the facility in clean, working order
- Provide first-line support for maintenance issues
- Coordinate with third-party contractors
- Manage furniture inventory and office moves
- Conduct regular health and safety checks and risk assessments
- Perform ad-hoc decorating, carpentry, or installation work
- Act as a Fire Warden
What You Need
- Good general carpentry, metal work, and plumbing skills
- Facility maintenance experience
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable
- IOSH certification
- First Aid at Work
- Fire Door Inspection
