UX Designer
Hi! We're Manyone
Manyone is a strategic design consultancy blending strategy, creativity, and technology to help businesses navigate what's next.
We're growing our London team. If you're passionate about crafting meaningful digital experiences—and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments—then we'd love to meet you.
About the role
We're looking for a UX Designer with experience in service design and research to join our multidisciplinary team and help create experiences that are as seamless as they are impactful. You'll work at both strategic and detailed levels – mapping services, shaping journeys, designing interfaces, and bringing them to life through polished digital execution. From research and workshops to wireframes and prototypes, you'll help design services and products that are grounded in real user needs and aligned with business goals. This is a role for someone who enjoys zooming out to see the system and zooming in to craft the detail.
What you'll do
- Map user journeys, service blueprints, and ecosystems to design services that work across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Translate insights into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces using tools like Figma.
- Lead or support user research, including interviews, usability testing, and synthesis.
- Design and validate end-to-end experiences that meet user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with strategists, developers, and creatives to deliver integrated service and product solutions.
- Contribute to digital strategy and help define how products and services create long-term value.
- Support the creation of design systems, documentation, and service artefacts.
Who you are
- A hybrid designer with 4–6 years of experience across service design, and UX.
- Skilled in mapping, journey design, and defining service blueprints.
- Confident in designing intuitive, accessible interfaces - from wireframes to high-fidelity UI.
- Experienced in user-centred research and able to translate findings into actionable design.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Proficient in tools like Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A collaborative, communicative team player who thrives in multidisciplinary teams.
- Curious, analytical, and excited by systems-level challenges and human-centred solutions.
Bonus points for
- Experience in design systems.
- Motion or illustration skills to enrich storytelling or UI skills.
- Exposure to agile delivery environments.
- Consultancy, agency, or innovation lab experience.
Why join Manyone London?
- Join a close-knit, growing team with big ambition and creative freedom.
- Collaborate with a global network of over 300 strategists, designers, and technologists.
- Work on a variety of high-impact projects that blend design, strategy, and innovation.
- Enjoy flexible working, a central London studio, and a warm, supportive culture.
- Access to mentoring, personal development, and cross-discipline inspiration.
- An inclusive, progressive workplace that celebrates individuality and lived experience.
- More benefits we are eager to share in person.
Help us shape everything that's next.
