What You'll Do

As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Legl, you’ll play a crucial hands-on role at the intersection of product, engineering and customer delivery.

• Embed with customers to map how they work. At kick-off, sit with the customer's teams, IT and third parties to understand their workflows, systems and data, then design how Legl connects into them.

• Stand up the deployment. Scope the integration, coordinate the customer's IT and partners, configure and deploy, and verify it actually works before and after go-live. You own the technical workstream inside every launch.

• Build and tune what each customer needs. Craft configurations, data mappings and lightweight integrations, writing simple scripts or API calls where it helps. Nothing requiring a CS degree, but you're not afraid of a terminal.

• Drive adoption across the installed base. Find the workflows that prove value fast, help existing customers switch integrations on, and monitor usage so their teams are getting everything they can out of them.

• Support commercial teams. Join prospect and customer calls as the technical voice, run discovery with customer developers and help Sales and CS scope integration requirements.

This Role Is a Great Fit If You…

• Are as happy sitting with a customer's developer team working through a data sync as you are presenting to their partners about what it will do for them.

• Obsess over understanding customer goals, timelines and problems, and measure yourself on whether the thing you set up actually gets used.

• Are comfortable owning the customer-facing side of our technical deployments, and collaborating heavily across Sales, Customer Success, Support, EPD and our partners.

• Have some Python, or experience with no-code / low-code tooling, and have worked directly with founders or senior leadership in a scale-up.

• Love the complexity of technical delivery and commercial customer problems at the edge of legaltech operations.

This Role Is Not a Great Fit If You…

• Would rather develop in isolation instead of getting stuck in with customer teams.

• Are lost when it comes to APIs and integration patterns.

• Dislike ambiguity. Every day is a school day!

• Can't adapt to new tooling, platforms and ways of working. We work across a broad tech stack with our customers, and ship every day.
