About the role
Reporting to the Dealership Financial Controller, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our retail sales administration within the commercial finance team. This is a fast-paced role that involves coordinating multiple tasks—from processing vehicle sales to liaising with manufacturers and ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.
You will also be responsible for:
⚡ Maintain accurate administrative records for vehicle sales (VSB).
⚡ Register and tax vehicles, submit OZEV claims, and organise extended warranties.
⚡ Request and follow up on insurance details, meter fittings, and taxi plating.
⚡ Ensure precise and timely invoicing and documentation.
⚡ Support the sales team by ensuring every transaction is processed efficiently.
⚡ Deliver prompt and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Experience to succeed
⚡ Experience in a dealership or retail environment is advantageous but not essential.
⚡ Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
⚡ Experience working with Pinnacle, Kerridge, or Keyloop systems is a bonus.
⚡ Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
⚡ Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-first mindset.
⚡ Comfortable interacting with a range of stakeholders and management levels.
⚡ High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
⚡ Calm under pressure, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
