Responsibilities As a Welfare Cleaner, your key responsibilities will include:

- Performing routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing designated areas.
- Ensuring welfare facilities such as restrooms, and communal areas are cleaned and restocked with necessary supplies.
- Disposing of waste and recycling materials in accordance with company policies and environmental standards.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Responding promptly to any urgent cleaning requirements as needed.

Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Must have a valid CSCS card.
- Previous experience in a cleaning or similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Day-to-Day On a typical day, you will:

- Begin by reviewing the cleaning schedule and prioritizing tasks.
- Clean and sanitize welfare facilities, ensuring they are fully stocked and presentable.
- Perform general cleaning duties across the premises, including vacuuming, dusting, and waste disposal.
- Inspect areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met and address any issues promptly.
- Communicate with team members or supervisors regarding any additional cleaning needs or concerns.
