The Work
- Provide outstanding member experience by focusing on service and standards
- Support the Gym Manager in bringing in new members through various activities
- Lead and develop a team of fitness professionals, fostering a positive work environment
- Manage and improve group exercise offerings within the gym
- Deliver professional development opportunities for fitness staff
What You'll Need
- A L2 qualification in gym instructing and experience teaching group exercise
- Passion for fitness and wellbeing
- Resilience, confidence, and integrity
- Ability to inspire and motivate the gym team
- Desire to do the right thing and drive results
Desirable
- Experience in a similar role
- Management or leadership experience
