We are working with a prestigious independent senior school in West London (Brent) recruiting for a School Receptionist. This high-profile role requires an individual with a polished, professional manner and a high degree of discretion.

It is a highly respected institution that offers a refined and intellectual atmosphere. The reception is a flagship area of the school, requiring a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
The Role You will provide an elite reception service to the school’s students, parents, and distinguished visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing a professional and scholarly welcome to all visitors to the senior school.
Managing complex scheduling for visitor tours and departmental meetings.
Handling confidential student records and high-level parent communications.
Coordinating with the school’s catering and estates teams for hospitality and events.
Assisting the Headteacher’s PA with administrative tasks as required.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: £32,500 – £36,500 (Inner London Scale)
