Role Purpose:

The Resource Manager ensures the right people are on the right work at the right time. Partnering with Creative, Design, Production, Client Partnerships, and Leadership, you will own daily agency scheduling - balancing capacity, skill sets, and priorities to keep work moving smoothly from brief to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Allocation: Lead resourcing across accounts, campaigns, retainers, and fast-turnaround reactive social-first work.

• Capacity & Freelance: Track team availability, spot bottlenecks early, and source freelance support when internal capacity is full.

• Systems Administration: Maintain agency software (currently Float & Asana) as the single source of truth for team availability, workload, and upcoming demand.

• Pipeline Alignment: Partner with Client Services, Project Management and team leads to forecast upcoming projects, account growth, and new business needs.

• Process & Wellbeing: Work with Client Services and Project Managers to refine workflows, balance workloads, and protect team wellbeing.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in agency resource management, traffic, or creative operations.

• Tools: Practical experience with resource and project management software (Float, Forecast, Monday.com, Asana).

• Communication: Strong negotiation skills to set clear boundaries while delivering creative solutions.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to balance quick-turnaround requests alongside complex, long-term project roadmaps.
