Position Details

Contract: Full Time, Permanent (flexible and part-time hours available upon request)

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of the Commercial team, initially working on a prestigious large-scale project in London. Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing commercial input, including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team.
• Preparing monthly cost/value reports, reviewing results, and analyzing trends with other contract team members.
• Producing commercial reports and considering trends with the project team.
• Physically measuring works and reaching agreements with clients and subcontractors.
• Certifying and processing payments for subcontractor accounts, while monitoring these against forecasts.

What We're Looking For

This role is ideal for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A full UK Driver's Licence.
• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in IT skills, particularly in MS Office and Excel.
