Senior Service Product Designer

As a Senior Service & Product Designer , you’ll lead the creation of meaningful, people-centred services that have the power to transform lives. You’ll bring together deep user insight, creativity, and collaboration to help shape experiences that are inclusive, intuitive, and built for impact. You’ll also play a big role in growing our design culture, mentoring and collaborating with diverse teams across the organisation.

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, empathetic, and excited to design with purpose. If you’re ready to use your skills to help improve health for future generations, we’d love to hear from you.

Our Designers can work remotely from anywhere within the UK, and our London office is available for those who want to use it.

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• A strong portfolio of thoughtful, impactful design work
• Experience establishing new services and experiences from the ground up
• The ability to zoom out to see the end-to-end services, and zoom in to develop prototypes for testing and development
• Understanding of how to balance user and organisational needs with technical restraints and ethical complexities
• A love of problem-solving, prototyping, and iterating in collaborative teams
• Confidence in navigating ambiguity, championing users, and bringing others along
• Advocacy for design and user centricity, implementing new ways of working within multi-disciplinary teams
