T24 Architect (IT)

T24 Architect 3 Month contract initially Location: Hybrid - 15 days onsite in London, 15 days offshore in UAE Rate: £450 - £500 p/d (via Umbrella company) We have a great opportunity with a world leading organisation where you will be provided with all of the support and development to succeed. • Lead the creation of coalesced views of business capabilities and technology capabilities
• Champion ideas which improve technology value delivery
• Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and innovation for enterprise solutions (focus on customer impact/experience, responsive design, data management & analytics )
• Lead the architecture and enabling technologies strategy for core banking domain
• Extended knowledge and experience in in retail and corporate banking
• Experience in leading core banking transformation programmes
• Ability to define solution for enterprise and have a vision to do big bang, strangled modernization and transformation
• Ability to identify and define E2E processes
• Understanding of APIs and Events patterns and ability to give directions for implementations
• Stakeholder management and good communication skills
• Outstanding presentation skills to support strategy socialization
• Senior Stakeholder Management Deliver deep industry insights to the Customer based on forward thinking of current industry trends and the likely disintermediation of current "rules of the game" by new entrants to the Retail industry
• Capable of establishing a trusted relationship with the business and be a liaison between business and IT folks
• Understand how technology, processes, people and data fit together in delivering business outcomes
• Understanding of regulatory framework for retail and corporate mapping
• Understanding of as-is process and ability to define target processes and operating mdoel
• Excellent problem resolution and people management skills
• Ability to meet governance forums requirements
• Define the target architectures, and the roadmaps and timescales for these architectures to ensure the most effective use of technology
• To take a lead role in the full life cycle delivery of the technical solutions for Business projects from initial concept, requirements gathering, specification, design, delivery, acceptance and in to operational support
• Ability to identify service domains and create aligned bank capability model
• Ability to define workflows for defining business processes describing service domains communication
• Understanding enterprise banking capabilities, mapping of applications to capabilities
• Lead the architecture stream of a transformation programme from the front and be the face of it
• Extremely proactive and problem solving capabilities who can proactively find improvement ideas and propose to clients
• T24 Experience is must
• Ability to understand and analyse integrations
• Any T24 upgrade experience is beneficial.
